The Newton Falls Real Estate Investors Association was formed in the year 2000 out of necessity and an idea to help educate local housing providers throughout our local area (Trumbull, Portage, and Mahoning counties) to have a more meaningful and louder voice within our community’s leaders as well as our peers. We developed into a nonprofit organization in 2004.

Our organization is governed by a Code of Ethics and By-Laws

The ownership and management of Real Estate is a highly regulated segment of the free enterprise system of the United State of America. As such, the members of the Newton Falls REIA must treat this enterprise with the utmost professionalism.

NFREIA membership includes each member in the organization of people who’s intent is expanding their knowledge of real estate investing and management. In order to pursue these ends in a legal and ethical manner, all “Members of NFREIA” will be held to a higher standard of ethical behavior.
